The General Services Monthly Project Report is a current update on projects that the department is working on. This report is updated every two weeks and includes the the following information:
- Project Description
- Project Team
- Contractor
- Budget (Actual and Estimate)
- Scheduled Completion Date
- % Completed
- Is the Project on Schedule?
- Is the Project on Budget
- Notes/Issues or Concerns/Follow Up Items
