To be on our bidders list for RFP, quotes and bids, simply mail, fax, or email us a Bidder's Application. Also include a brief description of what your company offers. Once we receive your information and review it, we will then apply you to our vendor list.
The County of Albemarle Purchasing Department realizes the importance of honesty and fairness in all of its procurement activities. The Purchasing Manual sets forth the policies and procedures of the County of Albemarle and the Albemarle County School Board for the procurement of goods and services, and is to be followed by all County agencies and departments. The information contained in this manual is intended for the use and guidance of all officers and employees in the performance of their official duties.
