The entrance to the North Pointe development is located off the northbound lane of Seminole Trail, approximately 0.75 miles from the intersection of Seminole Trail (Rt. 29N) and Proffit Road (Rt. 649). The property, TMP 03200-00-00-02000 is zoned Planned Development Mixed Commercial and Entrance Corridor Overlay.|
