Purpose

The Albemarle Broadband Authority (ABBA) works to extend affordable broadband internet service access to every customer in Albemarle County. ABBA doesn’t own or operate a broadband internet network; instead ABBA partners with Internet Service Providers, Citizens, Business and Governments to advance broadband to every citizen and business in Albemarle County.
