Our Construction Projects

The Facilities Planning & Construction (FP&C) Division assists County departments in planning and building the projects that are part of the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) approved by the Board of Supervisors. The CIP is the principal planning tool for our community’s long-term capital expenditures. The CIP also allows staff to coordinate community planning, financial capacity and physical development; as well as anticipate the county’s needs for new public buildings and facilities; major renovation and maintenance of existing buildings and facilities; transportation and stormwater improvements; enhancements such as roadway landscaping and street lights; and new and replacement equipment.
