The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and consider responses to the published Request for Information related to potential broadband deployment projects intended to achieve universal broadband access for Albemarle County residents and businesses.

No other matter shall be considered at this meeting. It is anticipated that this discussion will be subject to a closed meeting motion because it will involve the discussion of bargaining and negotiation wherein the investment of public funds will be involved and at risk. The public will not be permitted access to a closed meeting.
