Public Comment 

Public comment is accepted during regular quarterly meetings of the ECC Management Board, or as solicited by the Board Chair. To indicate your desire to make a comment, click the "Raise Hand" icon in Zoom if attending online, or dial *9 on your telephone if attending by phone. You will then be acknowledged by the Chair, your microphone will be unmuted, and you will be able to address the Board.
