Albemarle County is kicking off a project to update our Form Based Code Ordinance with a “Listening Session”.
Local Property Owners and the Development Community are invited to this event to share their knowledge, experience, and questions regarding current requirements and development in the Rio29 planning area. Staff and consultants will be on site to gather input so that your ideas can be considered in the code update.
