You are encouraged to visit these locations prior to your rental.

Rental Details

Each room can comfortably accommodate up to 35 people.

The cost to rent the room is $15 per hour. Rental dates, time(s) and full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the date reserved.

Your reservation will give you access to:

• Restrooms
• Tables
• Chairs
• AV Equipment with prior approval
• Trash and cleanup are not included

The Department of Fire Rescue reserves the right to cancel any and all rental agreements or arrangements up to seven (7) days prior to a scheduled rental or use.
