Jefferson Area Board for Aging
Provides information and support for older adults, individuals with disabilities and family caregivers throughout central Virginia. They provide access to home delivered meals, individual counseling, adult day care, caregiver support, and respite.

Virginia Veteran and Family Support Program (VVFS)
VVFS is operated by the Virginia Department of Veterans Services and provides outreach, connection, and support to veterans and their families. Referral and connection services are coordinated with Community Services Boards, brain injury service providers, Veteran Affairs Medical Facilities and other public and private agencies. Additionally, VVFS provides direct support via personalized care coordination, peer-to-peer mentoring, caregiver skill-building and support groups.
